Steps towards drinking more water to lose weight

This is no fad diet. Continue your daily calorie intake but add 3 liters of water everyday. Here are some baby steps to help you start and reach your 3 liters goal.

1. Get 3 containers or bottles with 1 liter capacity each

2. Day 1, start with 1 liter of water a day. Spread out the volume to suit your bowels.

3. Day 3, inch up to 1.5 to 2 liters a day. Spread out the volume as well.

4. Day 5, target 3 liters of water per day. Keep a water intake diary to help you with time, volume and intake.

5. Do this for 3 weeks and results will show.

6. Remember, only fresh water, no soda pops, coffee or tea allowed (you want to lose weight, remember!)

7. If you must, add some fruit juice in to your ration to satisfy your taste buds.
